Ok, to start, goto YouTube or Google video, etc. and find a video you would want to save.

Once the video has loaded completely, goto your internet options via Control Panel (or through your browser if it's supported). Under the box "Temporary Internet Files", select the "Settings" button. A new window will pop up. In the new window, select "View Files". Your temporary internet files folder will pop up. Close the 2 internet options property boxes, so you’re left with only the Temporary Internet Files folder.

Then, choose to arrange by size, descending. Your recent video should be on top, depending on if it was big enough or not. Drag the video to your desktop, or someplace you'll remember where you put it. You can now close the temporary internet files folder if desired.

Now open PSP video 9, and click convert. Then click the "Transcode New Video" button. In the "open new file" menu that just popped up, set "Type of Files" to ALL MEDIA. Goto the folder where you stored your video, and select and open it. Once you do that, PSP Video 9 will start transcoding the unknown file extension to mp4, or psp format.

Once the program finishes transcoding, goto your psp video 9 save directory (default X:..pspvideo9MP_ROOT). Now power on your PSP and enter USB mode. You now want to copy the pspvideo9MP_ROOT folder onto the root of your psp's memory stick (ms0:/). When finished it should look like:
pspdrive:MS_ROOT100MNV01...

Exit USB mode on your PSP, goto "Video", and you should see the movie from youtube, along with a preview thumbnail. Enjoy,
